Nifty : Thrown out both Buyers & Sellers and remain congested .

As Feb passed the major fair and hope has been addicted to market sentiment and given a solid indecisiveness to Both buyers and sellers and the primary question is remain unanswered .. which way to go?
Up or Down !!
currently major bulls and bears are following a strategy maned "Wait and Watch" till the budget gives a support for up side or downside. now a direction is depended on the trend setter budget of 2012.
             well honestly saying by looking at chart no buddy is winning in proper way right now, because market direction is not well set and congesting within the range of 150 points in 5300 - 5450 at the higher possibilities to make money grabbing the right time and level to enter and exit.
